Step-by-Step Production Instructions

Follow these steps to produce 50 liters of liquid soap. Always wear protective gear (gloves, goggles) and work in a well-ventilated area. This is a basic recipe; adjust as needed for safety and quality.

1. Prepare the base: In a large container, dissolve 500g of Nitrosol in 20 liters of clean water. Stir until it forms a thick, gel-like consistency. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
2. Add surfactants: Gradually add 1kg of Texapon and 500g of SLS to the mixture. Stir continuously for 5 minutes to ensure even distribution. These will help with foaming and cleaning power.
3. Incorporate acids and builders: Add 1L of Sulphonic Acid and 1Kg of Soda Ash. Mix thoroughly for another 5 minutes. This step helps balance the pH and thicken the soap.
4. Boost the foam and thickness: Stir in 1L of Foam Booster and 100g of STTP. Continue mixing for 10 minutes. These ingredients enhance the soap's lathering and stability.
5. Add preservatives and caustic elements: Dissolve 50g of Caustic Soda in a small amount of water (about 500ml) and add it slowly to the mixture. Stir for 5 minutes to avoid clumping.
6. Color and scent: Add 10g of color and 30ml of perfume. Mix well to achieve a uniform appearance and fragrance.
7. Final mixing and curing: Add the remaining water (up to 50 liters total) and stir the entire mixture for 15-20 minutes. Let it cure for 24 hours in a cool, dry place.
8. Quality check and packaging: Once cured, check the consistency. If it's too thick, add a little water. Bottle the soap into containers for use or sale.
