Description:
Lactic Acid 80% is a high-purity, food-grade acidulant produced primarily by fermentation of sugars from natural sources. It is a clear to slightly yellowish, syrupy liquid with a mild acidic taste and is widely used as a pH regulator, flavor enhancer, and preservative across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial applications. This excellent grade ensures high stereochemical purity of L(+) isomer, making it suitable for sensitive and high-quality formulations.
